This includes things like your IP address, the type of browser you’re using, and which AI models you call through our API. We use this metadata to operate our service, for billing, and to monitor for security threats.
3. Content You Process (Your Prompts & Outputs): This is the most important part. When you send a request to an AI model through our platform, your content (the “prompt”) and the model’s response (the “output”) must pass through our servers. We do not store this content permanently. We may temporarily log it for up to 30 days for debugging and security purposes, after which it is automatically deleted.

2. How We Use Your Information

Our main goal is to provide you with a great service. We use your information to:

1. Provide and maintain our Services: This includes creating your account, processing your payments, and routing your API requests to the correct AI provider.
2. Communicate with you: We might send you emails about service updates, security alerts, or to provide customer support.
3. Improve our platform: We analyse usage data (like which models are most popular) to make our service better. We never use your prompts or outputs to train any AI models.
4. Ensure safety and security: We monitor logs to prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your trust is our top priority, so we are very careful about how we share your information.

1. With AI Providers: When you make an API call, we act as a bridge. We send your prompt and other necessary data (like your unique API key for that service) to the third-party AI provider you’ve chosen (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
2. With Service Providers: We work with other companies that help us run our business, such as payment processors (Stripe) and cloud hosting providers (like AWS or Google Cloud). We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their service.
3. For Legal Reasons: We may share information if we are required to by law or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our users, or the public.

4. Third-Party AI Providers & Your Data

This is super important: Nomodo.ai is a proxy service. The AI models you access are operated by third parties. Based on their current policies, major providers like OpenAI and Anthropic do not use data submitted via their APIs to train their models unless you explicitly opt-in. We pass your requests through to them, and from that point on, your data is subject to their privacy policy. We encourage you to review the policies of any AI provider you use.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have rights over your personal information. Depending on your location, you can:

1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
2. Ask us to correct or update your information.
3. Request that we delete your account and personal data.
